Shipping and Handling

Our prices are inclusive of VAT charges (UK orders). Shipping and handling costs are £4.00 for orders under £100 within the UK. Orders over £100 are delivered free within the UK. Additional shipping charges are made for international orders, please contact us for details.

Delivery Schedule

Following payment, delivery is usually between 5-8 days for UK addresses. However, please allow up to 30 days for all deliveries as problems and delays sometimes can occur due to circumstances that are beyond our reasonable control. Goods are shipped by post or carrier, or by a reputable courier service such as Parcelforce Worldwide.

Tax Charges

For all orders made for delivery in the European Union 17.5% VAT is included in the prices shown. For the USA enquiries VAT is deducted when an order is made.

Returns Policy

To return goods you must adhere to the following policy:

All items must be in the original packaging and complete with all box inserts and accessories.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may request a refund or replacement by contacting us via e-mail or telephone within 7 days of the receipt of the order.

After investigation of a complaint a refund will be issued within 30 days of cancellation.

Customers may have to pay the cost of returning goods. All items must be returned within the following days:
- UK - 7 days
- Europe - 7 days
- USA and rest of the world - 14 days
